For the Chamber to do:
Many pages have the image that USED to be in the sidebar at the bottom of the page, now. To put these images in the sidebar, they must be set as that page's [FEATURED IMAGE] off to the right when editing a page.
Make the alterations outlined in Michelle's 5/23 email. Steve will do the structural changes, but he'd like to leave the alterations to event pages to Chamber staff so I'm sure it's done right as so much content seems to be getting deleted. Currently, the new site shows the old version of pages before the membee links were added in.
Check the inner pages of the partnership application form to make sure everything still functions fine
Do an audit of every page to make sure subpages don't have double headlines or broken links. The majority have been cleaned up, but many may still be missing. 
Clean up the Leadership Beaverton page
Decide what content you want on the IMPACT Beaverton and Professional Organizations & Associations pages, and if they can be merged
The menu is currently set to exactly match the current one on the old site, with the subevents missing from the events dropdown by design. Would you like the subevents listed under events, or would you like to keep it simplified?
Add any missing pages not under a menu to the menu structure. Use the "header menu" in wordpress admin to make changes
The original changes sheet listed "Move visitor and relocation information to it's own tab and include information". I do not know what this means, and I can't find a page with this information on it. Please create or locate this page and add it to the menu structure.
Combine SAFE and Safety information pages, remove one from the menu.
Any changes to pages SINCE JANUARY may not have transferred to the new site. Please audit changed pages/posts since february to make sure the site's database is current.
Decide what to do with the Directory & Visitor Guide page
The Special Events page is messy
The Presidents Message page and the Weekly eBeat page feel very loud with the new styling. Maybe alter the headlines?
Audit all pages for 'headline images' to show up in the sidebar
Do you want the Store?
The jobs board has been simplified, and is now simply a page to be easily editable. Is this okay?
